However, users must understand the scope and limitations of these services. By using coaching, mentorship, or consultation features, you agree to the following:

Coaching and mentorship sessions are made available based on:

• The coach/mentor's listed availability
• Platform scheduling systems
• User eligibility and booking status
• Approval (if applicable) from mentors or coaches based on profile relevance

Magic Pages cannot guarantee immediate or continuous access to specific individuals or consultation slots. All guidance provided by coaches or mentors is for educational and developmental purposes. It should not be considered:

• Legal advice
• Medical or psychological treatment
• Financial or investment guidance
• Employment guarantees or official career certification

Users are encouraged to use personal judgment and seek professional services for decisions beyond the platform’s scope.

Intellectual Property

This section outlines the terms governing such payments, your responsibilities as a subscriber, and the policies for billing, renewals, and cancellations. Magic Pages may offer:

• Booking to coaching sessions or personalized sessions based on slot availability.
• Booking recurring or unlimited consultation sessions
• One-time fees for specific services (e.g., session registration, purchasing a product)

All prices will be clearly displayed on the platform before purchase. Coaching or personalized sessions subject to different prices depending on the coach profile and seniority.

By purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay all associated fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Comply with all payment deadlines, including any applicable taxes or processing fees
• Cancel your plan according to the platform’s cancellation policy

Failure to meet these obligations may result in the suspension of access to the sessions or cancellation of your subscription.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Thawani). Magic Pages does not store your credit/debit card information directly. By subscribing, you consent to our use of authorized payment processors.

One-Time Purchases (E-commerce or Event Registration)

This applies to:

• Products purchased through the Magic Pages marketplace
• Paid registrations for workshops, webinars, or events

a. Product Orders

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item hasn’t been shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible but return or exchange options (if any) will be listed in the Product Return Policy.

b. Event Registration

• Event fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed unless Magic Pages cancels or postpones the event.
• In case of user-requested cancellations, refunds may be granted only if requested 72 hours before the event start time as per the cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellations & Refunds

For individual coaching or personalized sessions booked:

A. Cancellation by User

• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be non-refundable.
• “No-shows” without notice are non-refundable and may limit your ability to book future sessions.

B. Cancellation by Coach or Magic Pages

• You will be offered a reschedule option or a full refund, depending on your preference.

How to Request a cancellation or Refund

All cancellation or refund requests should be directed to: [email protected]

• Your full name
• Order/session ID
• Reason for cancellation
• Preferred outcome (refund, reschedule, etc.)

Our team will respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.

Abuse of Cancellation Policy

• Repeated cancellations, refund abuse, or booking manipulation may result in:
• Temporary suspension of booking privileges
• Termination of your account, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions

Payment Disputes

If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue corrections or refunds as appropriate.

Disputing charges directly with your bank without contacting us first may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms

• Deny future access if misuse or abuse is identified

Dispute Resolution & Platform Protection

Before initiating any formal complaint or legal action, users are required to first contact Magic Pages to seek a mutual resolution. Filing external legal action without attempting internal communication may be considered a breach of these Terms.

Magic Pages reserves the right to initiate legal action in cases involving:

• Platform misuse
• Attempts to damage or defame Magic Pages’ reputation
• Security breaches or unauthorized access
• Violation of user trust, intellectual property, or regulatory obligations

Disclaimers

Magic Pages is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of content, nor do we guarantee continuous or error-free access.

Limitation of Liability

Magic Pages shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Errors caused by user actions or third-party services

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user (if any) in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. All disputes, unless resolved internally, shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent Omani courts.
